» Help!! This Young Nigerian Man Wants To Commit Suicide Due To His Small Joystick «

was just wondering is it possible for a joystick to grow
after puberty.I mean im 19 now ,and going to be 20 in a few
months, i have seen this mentioned somehwere before, but
not sure is it possible for me to add at least a little but
more length or girth maybe. or maybe you guys heard of
cases when guys joysticks were still growing in their early
20'? maybe there is some thing i can take, or some kind of
excersises that i can do to maybe help this process, not
like joystick enlargement pills cuz i know those really dont
work. let me just say im about 3" hard right now, and let
me tell you its killing me. sometimes when i think about
this, i think maybe i should kill myself and end this now, im
not really suicidal or mentally ill, im perfectly sane i just
feel like i dont really have anything to live for, i mean no
matter how successfull i might be in life or how much i will
achieve, i will always have a small joystick, and will never
be able to really satisfy a girl, crap is just fu..ck up and i
dont know what to do. if there is really nothing i can do
about my joystick maybe i will just shoot myself, am in
my final year now and i dont know if all these years of
study really worth it. right now im hoping to find something
that will help me with my size. anyway i think i wrote too
much, really looking forward to see what you people think.

Aliko Dangote, Kaduna & Kebbi States To Buy Peugeot Automobile Nigeria

Alhaji Aliko Dangote has teamed up with two Nigerian
states to bid for a majority stake in Peugeot Automobile
Nigeria (PAN) Limited, a local joint venture with the French
automaker, the governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasri el-
Rufai has said.
Governor el-Rufai said the states of Kaduna and Kebbi,
along with the Bank of Industry (BoI) and Dangote had
submitted bids for the stake which Asset Management
Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) is offering to sell. PAN, the
Nigerian assembly plant located in Kaduna State, has
Peugeot Citroen PEUP.PA as its technical partner with a
capacity to assemble 240 cars a day, PAN said on its
website.
“We have submitted bids for the carmaker… with Aliko
Dangote on board together with BoI, Kebbi and Kaduna
State, we are confident our bid will sail through,” El-Rufai
told a conference. el-Rufai did not provide further details.
Bids for AMCON’s stake closed on January 26. Peugeot’s
Executive Vice President for Africa and the Middle-East,
Jean-Christophe Quemard, met President Muhammadu
Buhari in November to discuss reviving local production.
Buhari is keen to promote a “Made in Nigeria” industrial
policy. PAN Nigeria Limited was set up in 1972 as a joint
venture between the Nigerian government and France’s
Peugeot, with an annual production of 90,000 cars by the
1980s.
But operations nosedived and debt racked up shortly after
the government sold its stake to local core investors in
2006, as cheap, imported, second-hand vehicles from Asia
and poor manufacturing infrastructure hurt profits.
AMCON owns 79.3 per cent of PAN Nigeria Limited, having
bought the company’s debt and taken some as equity.

Ese Oruru ’s Love Letter To Kidnapper Yunusa Dahiru Is Fake

Below is the viral letter pregnant Ese Oruru wrote her
kidnapper Yunusa recently.
14-year-old Ese Oruru told Yunusa who is currently in
police detention that she still loves him in the 2-page love
letter.
The fake letter reads:
Dear, Inusa how are you? I hope you are fine and all is well
with you? Please don’t be annoyed by these words but I
think it is best for the both of us. Please please please
don’t be annoyed I beg of you Inusa, maybe everyone just
have to say the truth.
I want to start by saying thank you for everything if
accepted, thank you yanzu, I would say I now know what is
going on which you never wanted to tell me but I will say
that is not fair. When I started selling here, I met Abubakar
who once told me that he had fellings for me but I can
never send because I did not have fellings for him, so I
turned him down. Then again I met Genedu and I also
turned him down.
Now, it is Dantata which everybody knows that he loves
me dearly but I find a lot of faults in him and don’t love
him back. He has done his best to stay down and beg
about one year now, if I am right, I will never lie to you
Inusa. Dantata has been begging me to love him back but
as soon as I wanted to fall for him you came back into my
life. I still know that Dantata is still waiting for me only if I
will accept him. Inusa I now know that you also love me
and I have decided to love you back. I love you Inusa but
sometimes I do think Dantata is still seeking. My name as
know by myself is RITA and my main problem is that if I
love you (Inusa) and you also love me what will become of
us.
You once told me you like me more than anyone else, but
now I have seen how far you have gone in this case
because it is very serious to me. You asked me to help
you in just three ways in which you said: Follow me to my
village – Kano State Leave your religion for mine –
Christian & Muslim It is only you I love and no other
person I have already accepted the first quest then while
decide to tell me that you cannot take me along with you
the same day it is very unfair. Inusa why, just tell me why
you decide to be unfair. Well Inusa there were many other
Hausa boys who asked for friendship but did not get it. I
had so many people who I have lived with do you know
what it means to live the people you had lived with for 13
good years of life.
Think on me Inusa please I beg of you Inusa please Think
on me My heart bit immediately or anytime I see you if
you know how much I love you you will not think about
hurting my fellings I still stand by you Inusa, yeallo yellow
my best colour but one question who made you think. I
write this because I am sick and tired of this baldadash I
hear everyday. You should know this Genedu, Abubakar,
Saidu are humans for crying out loud. Inusa to conclude
this, taught you can solve this problem by just one thing.
Your address and your phone number, maybe if we have to
go one by one we shall do just that. No matter what
happens I still love you Inusa No matter what the case
may be
I still love you Inusa From yours dearly Rita a.k.a Ese
How can a 14-year-old write English like a University
graduate, something is not adding up here.
Meanwhile, a source close to the Orurus said Ese has
never written any letter to Yunusa and that the letter was
framed up by Yunusa’s supporters to aid his bail
application.

How Ibinabo Fiberesima’ Refusal To Tender Public Apology Sent Her To Kirikiri Prison – Giwa Sister

Biola Giwa Adeyemi, the only sister of late Giwa, a senior
tax consultant/CPR Instructor in the United States of
America has narrated how pride turned Ibinabo into a
prisoner.
Hear her:
“People said I am jealous of Ibinabo Fiberesima. Why will I
be jealous for goodness sake? I was in my 40s then and
now I am in my 50s. I have been living in the US for 33-34
years.
Why will I be jealous when I didn’t even know who the hell
she was? And it is not like our family is poor. We are okay!
We are doing very fine. We don’t need money from anyone.
It came to a point when they brought her over to apologize.
She came over to apologize and to ask that we drop the
charges against her. So I said okay. Why don’t you do this
– why don’t you go ahead and apologize publicly to the
masses and to the family?
It was during that time we were told that she had an
accident in Port Harcourt a couple of weeks before
smashing into my brother’s car. They covered up the Port
Harcourt accident. They covered that one up because it
happened in Port Harcourt. I told her – apologize publicly
to the masses and the family. Tell them that you are truly
sorry so that they will know you are really remorseful.
After then, we can sort this out.
She told me right there, “Oh I am so sorry I can’t do that
because it’s going to damage my career. I said, what? My
husband was there. I swear to God Almighty. The people
that came with her were not with us when she made that
statement. I was at GRA Ikeja and my husband was there.
So I looked at her and said, ‘so your career is more
important than a human being. Now she can remember to
say Nigeria, pray for me. Back then, she could not say
Nigeria, I am sorry. Her ego is what is bringing her down.”
During those early days after the accident, we endured a
lot of pressure from even a prominent traditional ruler, who
pushed to get the case dropped. But she remained resolute
and told the royal father:
“Excuse me, Sir, where we come from, we don’t tamper
with justice. Let’s leave the government to do their work.
It is not between us and her. It is between her and the
government. Whatever happens, it should be left for the
government to decide. Not us.”
And true to her position, the Lagos State Government
faithfully pursued the case and got a conviction in the
court, setting the stage for Ibinabo Fiberesima to find an
abode in the prison for five years.

Paris attacks: Salah Abdeslam 'changed suicide bomb plan'

Paris attacks suspect Salah Abdeslam has admitted he
wanted to blow himself up but then changed his mind, a
French prosecutor says.
Abdeslam has been charged with terrorism offences in
Belgium a day after he was seized in a dramatic raid.
Abdeslam will fight extradition to France but has been co-
operating with police, his lawyer says.
The Paris attacks in November left 130 people dead and
dozens injured.
The so-called Islamic State (IS) group said it was behind
the bombings and shootings.
Abdeslam is charged with participation in terrorist murder
and the activities of a terrorist group, Belgium's federal
prosecutor's office says.
Paris prosecutor Francois Molins told a news conference:
"Salah Abdeslam today during questioning by [Belgian]
investigators affirmed that, and I quote, 'he wanted to blow
himself up at the Stade de France and that he had backed
down'."
Abdeslam's assertions should be treated with caution, he
added.
The 26-year-old French national, born in Belgium, is in
custody following his arrest in Brussels on Friday after four
months on the run.
Investigators hope Abdeslam, who was shot in the leg
during his arrest, will reveal more information about the IS
network behind the Paris attacks, its financing and plans.
They believe he helped with logistics, including renting
rooms and driving suicide bombers to the Stade de France.
Abdeslam is believed to have fled shortly after the attacks,
returning to the Molenbeek district of Brussels.

Interpol has meanwhile urged "extra vigilance" at borders
following Friday's Brussels raid, saying more accomplices
may try to flee Europe.

The subject of a massive manhunt, Salah Abdeslam was
arrested about 500m (1,600ft) from his home in
Molenbeek. His brother, Brahim, was one of the Paris
attackers, who blew himself up.
Another man arrested at the same time as Salah
Abdeslam on Friday, Monir Ahmed Alaaj, has also been
charged with participation in terrorist murder and the
activities of a terrorist group, the Belgian prosecutors say.
Friday's raid also saw three members of a family
detained.
They include Abid Aberkan, described as a friend of
Abdeslam, who has been charged with participation in the
activities of a terrorist organisation and harbouring
criminals.
Another family member, identified as Djemila M, has been
charged with harbouring criminals, but is not in custody,
the prosecutor's office says.
Abid Aberkan's mother, Sihane, has been freed and faces
no charges.
Fingerprints
The raid came after Abdeslam's fingerprints were found in
a flat in another Brussels district, Forest, raided on
Tuesday.
Dramatic footage showed Abdeslam being bundled into a
police car on Friday after a volley of gunfire. Alaaj was
also injured during the arrests, but both suspects were
discharged from hospital on Saturday.
French President Francois Hollande said Abdeslam's arrest
was "an important moment".
"The battle against terrorism does not end tonight, even
though this is a victory," Mr Hollande told a news
conference on Friday with Belgian Prime Minister Charles
Michel.
"We must catch all those who allowed, organised or
facilitated these attacks and we realise that they are a lot
more numerous than we thought earlier and had identified,"
he said.
Prosecutors said Alaaj had travelled with Abdeslam to
Germany last October, where his fingerprints were taken
during an identity check.
A false Syrian passport in Alaaj's name and Belgian
identity papers under an alias were found in a flat in Forest
raided on Tuesday.
More details have meanwhile emerged about an Algerian
national, Mohamed Belkaid, shot dead in Tuesday's raid.
Associated Press says it has been passed documents by
the Syrian opposition news site, Zaman al-Wasl,
suggesting he joined IS in 2014 and asked to be a suicide
bomber.
Belgian investigators say he is likely to have been an
associate of Abdeslam.
Along with the Stade de France, the Paris bombings and
shootings targeted the Bataclan concert hall and bars and
restaurants.
Officials have identified most of the people they believe to
have carried out the assaults and on Friday Mr Hollande
predicted that more arrests could follow.
Most of the suspects either died during the attacks or
were killed in subsequent police raids.

REVEALED! How Paul Okoye Betrayed His Twin Brother, Peter Okoye & Ganged Up With Jude

All The Ideas That Made Psquare Great Came From Me –
Peter Okoye
Excerpts Of Peter Okoye’s tell it all interview with NET NG
4 years ago, I told Jude Okoye that he needs to step down
as our manager, because I didn’t want to disrespect him
as a brother, but this is business, we have to structure it.
And Jude said to me that there’s a way I’ll talk to him,
and he’ll slap me. So I kept quiet’.

hear lot of people think it’s all a stunt, and that’s what I
really want to put an end to. It’s not a stunt at all. It has
been going on for a while’.
‘When Jude didn’t come to my wedding, people started
saying we broke up and then others said it’s a stunt, then
when Paul posted those lyrics stuff on Instagram people
thought it was a stunt too, but the truth is that, this is not
and has never been a publicity stunt’.

‘I am telling you the truth, I am moving on because people
are already getting tired of this Psquare brouhaha, now I
have my manager Olatunde Michaels and I expect
everybody to respect that. I am a family man, a musician,
singer and dancer, if I don’t move on, Psquare will collapse
and there’ll be nothing left’.
‘Already Paul has done two songs without me but no one is
saying anything, he did a song with his artiste ‘Muno’ with
his name as Rudeboy did they feature me? He did a song
with Tiwa Savage, did they feature me?

Last week Yemi Alade sent me her album track list to help
her share on Instagram, guess what I saw, she had a song
with Psquare that I didn’t even know about. Only Paul did
it.
Because I announced a new management, people feel am
the one going solo, but Paul has already gone solo, he’s
moved on and didn’t need to announce any new
management because he still works with Jude, so I had to
announce mine and believe it or not, people are booking
me for gigs already’.
‘And guess what, I’ll still perform Psquare songs, nobody
can stop me, nobody can stop Paul too, we didn’t have a
contract with Jude, so I have the right to perform Psquare
songs especially the ones I took part in’.
‘Paul came to me and said if I want Jude to step down it’s
not a problem, but it’ll mean that he (Paul) will go solo.
The first time word got out about Psquare breaking up, a
lot of people called us, senators, governors, and people like
that.
In fact three of us were once in a private jet to go and see
someone who wanted to resolve our issues and we didn’t
speak to each other all through the flight. At the end of the
day, I swallowed my pride for peace to reign and allowed
Jude to remain as our manager’.
‘I and Paul stay together in this estate and the last time I
saw him was about a week ago.’
Truth is, I’ve not been in talking terms with Paul since
December 2015 and that was why I travelled in January
because I had a lot on my mind. Something happened at
Mavin Studios last year that broke my heart.
Now listen to this, Psquare featured on songs with J-
Martins, Bracket, LKT, 9ice and these 4 songs were done
by Paul alone, but guess what, did I appear in the videos,
YES’.
‘Now hear this, we have other collabos with Kaha, Darey,
Ruggedman. I did these songs alone. How come they don’t
have videos? Paul refused to appear in the videos’.
‘So I told Paul that when next he does collabo alone, he
should be in the video alone, because it got a point where
artistes began to feel if they do a collabo with Paul it gets
a video but if it’s me it doesn’t get a video.
The last collabo we did was with Flavour and I refused to
do another one. Even Flavour had to speak all the Igbo he
knows to convince me before I agreed to do it. Only for my
brother to come and tell me that ‘shey I thought you said
you won’t appear in any video that I did the collabo alone?
Why did you appear on this one?’. I was sad but I knew
another one will come’.
So Tiwa Savage called me, apparently Paul had gone to do
a song with her, not the campaign song they are promoting
now, another Psquare collabo entirely. So she called me
that she’s been trying to reach Paul to get the CD of the
song from him that he’s already done his part, so I went to
Paul’s house to help ask for it and tell him that I want to
go to their studio to do my verse and he said he doesn’t
know where the CD is’.
‘I went to the Mavin studio to meet Tiwa, when I got there,
she asked for the CD and I told her Paul didn’t give me any
CD, so I called him again and gave the phone to Tiwa and
told her on phone that the CD is at Omole, so I got into the
studio recorded my verse and when I finished, everybody
was clapping. I was surprised only to realize that Paul had
gone to tell them that I don’t sing or write songs’.
‘I felt really bad and betrayed, but I covered up for him. I
jokingly asked Teebillz if they gave him Red Label and he
said yes, so I was like you guys caused it, and we laughed
over it. So when my assistant went to pick up the CD, Paul
and Jude started shouting at him to tell Peter that what is
he doing at the Mavin studio? He knows how we work. The
next day, I went to Paul and told him how I felt when I
heard what he said. Only for Jude to say that he made Paul
the lead singer of Psquare 8 years ago! A leader leads, he
doesn’t destroy.’
‘When it comes to decision-making, it has always been a
Triangle formation, and the highest vote wins. I never used
to complain because we were all okay, but what has
changed now is the fact that we’ve grown. You can make
a certain decision based on how we used to do it and it
may affect everyone as an individual, but it gets to a point
when the decisions taken never gets to be my own and I
began to wonder if anything is wrong’.
‘I always get Ideas, most of Psquare ideas come from me,
and when I say Idea, I mean materials we need to put out
for people to see, video, stage performances and all. But
when I come up with them, nobody wants to accept it. I
didn’t complain because people still love what we do, but
then again, there wasn’t much competition in the industry
back then’.
‘As time goes, we should get better, it shouldn’t be same
triangle deciding, because if we continue that same way,
we’ll lose it. All I want is a proper structure in the sense
that, we need to have proper management, business
managers and all’.
‘As I speak to you right now, we don’t have any office, no
structure. When this issue started about five years ago, our
lawyer told us the way we run our business is wrong
without a structure’.
‘I’ll give you an instance’.

WHY I FIRED JUDE OKOYE AS MY MANAGER
‘The day I fired Jude was at a concert. It was the day I
came back, we had a show, so I went straight to the venue
in Lagos and told Jude I want to talk to him, and he said I
should say anything I want to say in front of everyone. I
was like that was the same attitude Paul gave me before I
travelled’.
‘So Jude was like if I like I should get out, and I was like
guy don’t embarrass me. He said who are you, because
you think you are Psquare? So I told him openly that if he
cannot resolve me and Paul’s issue, he doesn’t deserve to
be our manager, and he said I should get out. There and
then I told him ‘You are fired’! He looked at me and said,
‘You fit fire me’?’.
‘That was when I entered my car and started Tweeting.
How else can you take him out?’
‘Long before I made up my mind, Paul already said there’s
no more Psquare, If Jude leaves he goes with him’.
‘And before I announced my management, I wanted my
mind to be clear, so I went back to Paul, this time we were
alone and we spoke a lot, I told him I had no issues with
him, but he needs to stop letting Jude use him as a shield.
Both of us started shedding tears, and when we finished he
still said he hopes I’m not here to tell him that I still want
Psquare and I told him I want to move on, because he
already has a manager (Jude) and I don’t, so I had to
structure myself too’.
‘And I didn’t want to allow the Psquare name to fade
before moving on. Look at Don Jazzy and Dbanj, when they
broke up, they waited for like 6 months and had to start
again. Now, that Psquare just broke up, let me use the
name to move on quickly, because there’s no time’.

Ibinabo Fiberesima Cries Out, Says Family Of Hit & Run Victim Has Banned Her

Few weeks before she was jailed, Nollywood actress
Ibinabo Fiberesima made a final appeal to the family of
late Doctor Suraj Giwa to forgive her by accepting her
monetary offer.
Sadly, her offer was rejected as the family of the deceased
intensified their legal effort to get justice.
This is what Ibinabo said:
“I almost committed suicide the first time I was jailed.
Since the incident happened, I have learnt how not to trust
anybody any more. I put my trust now in the Lord and this
is better explained in the new song I recorded. The music
captures my story.
“Emotionally, I have been drained and to some extent
humiliated, even in public. I wasn’t happy that I was
involved in that accident. I have said it over and over
again that I’m deeply sorry that it ever happened.
“I don’t know how else to atone for the accident. I started
begging my victim’s family from the very day the accident
happened. My family attended the funeral rites and service
of songs and I even attended the 40 days prayer when I
was not strong enough to move about.
“I met with the mother and the wife of the deceased.
There’s virtually nothing I didn’t do to plead with the
family of the deceased to let me off the hook. I’m still
pleading with them as I speak with you right now, even
though they banned me from coming to see them, they
warned me to stop coming to their house. So, I can only
pray for them and that’s what I did always.”
Ibinabo is currently serving a 5-year jail term in Kirikiri

» Nigerian Court Jails Russians, Japenese And 10 Other Foreigners For Oil Smuggling «

A Nigerian court on Friday jailed 14 foreign sailors from
Russia, Ukraine, Philippine and Japan between two and five
years for unlawful dealing in petroleum products in the
country.
The federal high court in Lagos found the suspects guilty
of illegally transporting 1,738 tonnes of crude oil and some
4,500 tonnes of petrol, also called gasoline, in their vessel
MT Anukpet Emerald.
Judge Ibrahim Buba sentenced 11 of the 14 foreigners to
two years' jail or alternatively pay a fine of two million
naira (10,000 dollars) each.
The remaining three -- all Russians -- were given five
years each in absentia without an option of fine for jumping
bail.
The court also ordered that the vessel and the seized
petroleum products be forfeited to the Nigerian
government.
The Nigerian navy arrested the sailors and the vessel in
February 2015 and handed the case to the Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for prosecution.
It was not immediately clear if the products onboard the
vessel were to be taken out of Nigeria and if so, to which
country they were headed.
Nigeria, Africa's biggest oil producer loses billions of
dollars each year from the theft of crude from sabotaged
pipelines and illegal refining of oil products.
The oil is sold on the black market, depriving the
continent's most populous state of an estimated $6 billion
a year in lost revenue.
Convictions for oil smuggling are common but in most
cases the offenders get away with a fine.

» Salesgirl Bites Neighbour To Death In Lagos (Photo ) «

Policemen attached to the Homicide Unit State Criminal
Investigation Department at Panti Yaba Lagos Police
Command are investigating a 20 – yearold lady,
Onyinyeche Ogbona for allegedly biting her neighbour to
death. It was gathered that Ogbona, and the deceased
identified as Engineer Pius Ezema were neighbours at
Number 15 Ondo Street Okobaba in Ebute Metta area of
Lagos State but trouble started on March 12 th when Pius
allegedly quarrelled with Okoro for singing loudly near his
window in the “face-me-I -face -you apartment where
they lived as next door neighbours.
The quarrel it was learnt snowballed into a fierce fight
which led to biting and eventual death a day after the fight
took place, police sources said. Narrating what transpired
between her and the deceased, Ogbona denied allegations
that she killed her neighbour as she stated that she
defended herself from the deceased’s brutal attack. She
said “I have been living in that house for the past six years
with my sister. I am a sales girl at Balogun Market in
Lagos Island. On March 12th about 6am, I woke up to pray
and I put on my earpiece and turned on my phone music.
I started my morning devotion by praising God. My sister
was not around. She had gone to assist one of our sisters
to take care of her new baby . I was alone in the room
praising God. Sometimes last year ,I used to praise and
pray outside our room but my neighbour Pius ,warned me
not to pray close to his window. I told him I was sorry and
since then, I started praying in my room. I was singing
loudly because I was enjoying the morning devotion. All of
a sudden, Pius barged into my room. He was shouting and
said I refused to take instructions not to disturb him. He
held my clothes and started slapping me . I begged him to
stop beating me but he continued. He was very mad at me
and he locked my door and continued to hit my face . He
brought out a whip and used it to flog me all over my body.
I was screaming and yelling that he should stop hitting me.
Our neighbours heard my shout for help and they came to
my rescue but Pius had locked the door. The other
neighbours appealed to him to open the door but he
refused. When he had beaten me to his satisfaction, he
unlocked the door and left me crying in the room. The
other neighbours came into my room and they asked why
Pius beat me. I told them that I was singing loudly and it
infuriated him. The neighbours called him into my room
and said he should explain why he beat me mercilessly
like that but he said I should come out. As soon as I
stepped out, Pius descended on me again. This time, he
brought out a knife and held my throat.
He wanted to slit my throat. I had to bite him on his
thumb so he can release his grip on my neck. It worked
and he left me crying. I had to call my boyfriend to help
beg him so he wouldn’t beat me again since he refused to
listen to the other neighbours.
My boyfriend came and begged him and he told him to
warn me not to disturb his peace again. That was how we
settled the matter that day “ Asked if the deceased had
asked her out and she turned him down, Ogbona stated
that such romance never occurred between them. “ Pius is
not my boyfriend and he has never asked me out. He has a
fiancée and they are planning to get married in July this
year. After the beating I received from him that morning , I
became too scared to sleep in my room alone. That night ,
I went to my friend’s house to sleep.
I came back on March 14 , two days after he fought me and
I learnt that Pius was dead. I was shocked. I asked our
neighbours who killed him? How did he die? . They told me
that Pius did not come out of his room the previous day
and his brother was worried as he could not reach him on
his mobile phone so he decided to check him in his room.
The brother knocked and knocked but Pius did not answer.
They attempted to break his door but still he did not
respond. When they finally forced his door opened, they
found him laying face up and foaming from his mouth.
My neighbours told me that I killed Pius with my bite. I
was confused. I don’t know what they were talking about.
Some neighbours told me to run away but I refused since I
know that I did not poison him. The police later came from
Denton Police station and arrested me. They said my teeth
is poisonous and caused Pius’ death. I don’t intend to kill
Pius. I am a Catholic and I forgave him all he did to me. I
want police and government to carry out an autopsy on
Pius and they should conduct medical examination on my
teeth. I don’t know why I am in this mess but God will see
me through”.

» 59,000 Candidates To Retake Examination - JAMB «

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board on Friday
said the board would reschedule examination for
candidates who missed the Unified Tertiary Matriculation
Examination because of relocation of centres by the board.
The board said it relocated 59,000 candidates in 15 states
because of problems in some of the centres.
It also said candidates who had system failure during the
examination would retake it, if the board finds their
complaint to be genuine.
The Registrar of the board, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, who said
this at a press conference in Abuja, added that the new
development does not affect candidates who missed the
examination deliberately or failed in the examination.
Ojerinde said among the 1,546,633 candidates that sat for
the 2016 UTME, 145,704 had issues of multiple results,
which have been resolved by the board.
Prof. Ojerinde added that 23,577 candidates were absent on
the day of the examination.
“We relocated candidates where the board had challenges.
The board is looking at some of the issues raised during
the examination, but most of the excuses raised by
candidates are flimsy,” he said.
“We relocated about 59, 000 candidates due to the
problems in various centres which vary from town to town.
There are about 59,000 of them spread across 15 states of
the federation.
“Those that were relocated never suffered any setback or
inconvenience. For all these two sets of people, I want to
apologise sincerely for what happened to them, but we are
going to put on a redress for those whose relocation
affected them in missing their examination.
“Let me use this opportunity to offer explanation on the
issue of the much-publicized two results. The process of
our marking involves transformation and other qualitative
programming. In the process of these configurations, we
had a little challenge which we quickly corrected and
ensured that this never happened in subsequent results.
This challenge was only associated with the candidates
that sat for this examination on Saturday, 27, and some
candidates of Monday, 29 February, 2016.”
Prof. Ojerinde said the board found out that some of the
over 500 centres used for the CBT was compromised by
the operators.
He said that one of its centres in Uromi, Edo State was
invaded by mercenaries during the examination.
He blamed the education consultants for mobilizing
candidates to protest against the conduct of the
examination by the board, adding that the quality of the
centres used for UTME would not be compromised.
He said: “In our quest to have adequate and effective
centres for the exercise, we approved over 500 centres, but
unfortunately, some of the centre operators were not
sincere in proving us with the true position of their
facilities.
“They hired equipment during the period of accreditation
and other necessary apparatus and on the examination
day, they were found wanting. This led to relocation or
rescheduling of candidates from some of them to more
suitable centres.”
Ojerinde said Nigeria was ready to take the CBT
examination, adding that reverting to the PPT as directed
by the House of Representatives would amount to lack of
progress.
According to him, the CBT would be improved upon.
He said: “Even the physically challenged are taking the
CBT examination. One of the blind candidates scored 286,
so why should others complain?
“Going back to the Paper and Pencil Test will amount to
taking one step forward and two steps backwards.”

» Justice Abang And Olisa Metuh Were Classmates - Premium Times «

The claim, Thursday, by a judge of the Federal High Court,
Okon Abang, that he and the spokesperson of the Peoples
Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh, may not be classmates, is
false, checks by PREMIUM TIMES have shown.
Justice Abang had, during a hearing of the case between
Mr. Metuh and the Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission, rejected claims by Mr. Metuh’s lawyers that
he and the PDP spokesman were classmates at the
Nigerian Law School.
A counsel to Mr. Metuh, Emeka Etiaba, had written to the
Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Ibrahim Auta,
demanding that the corruption case be withdrawn from Mr.
Abang and assigned to another judge.
In the petition, Mr. Etiaba said Mr. Metuh feared he might
not get justice from Mr. Abang, being a former classmate
and based on what he knew as the judge’s position on the
matter and himself.
The lawyer said the PDP spokesperson informed his legal
team that sometime late last year, when he met the judge
at an occasion at the Le Meridian Hotel, in Uyo, Akwa Ibom
State, “he was baffled at Justice Abang’s views and when
eventually the charge against him was assigned to his
court this January, (a few weeks later), he got worried
because he feared that he may not get justice in his
court.”
Justice Okon Abang
Justice Okon Abang
Speaking on the letter, Justice Abang told the team of
lawyers before him that “are you aware that after eight
witnesses were called by the prosecution, and the court
gave its ruling on an application of no-case submission by
the defence, that Mr. Emeka Etiaba wrote the registrar to
the Chief Justice of the Court, asking that this case be
transferred to another judge?”.
According to the judge, the reason given by Mr. Etiaba for
the request of transfer of the case was that he (the judge)
gave certain interlocutory judgements in favour of the
prosecution, and that he (Mr. Abang) was Mr. Metuh’s
former classmate.
Justice Abang added, “I am not aware that the first
defendant was my classmate, he said he is my
classmate.”
However, checks by PREMIUM TIMES showed that both
Messrs. Metuh and Abang were called to the Bar on the
same day and were both members of the Nigerian Law
School class of 1988.
Mr. Metuh’s call-to-bar certificate showed that he was
called to the Nigerian Bar on November 3, 1988.
Also, the profile of Justice Abang, as posted on the website
of the Federal High Court indicated that he was called to
the bar on November 3, 1988.
As at 1988, there was only one law school in Nigeria,
located in Victoria Island, Lagos. All lawyers seeking to
practice law in Nigeria at that time attended the school.
The controversy over whether the judge and Mr. Metuh
were classmates did not come up suddenly in open court.
A petition was sent to the Chief Judge, through which that
claim was made.
The petition was brought to the judge’s attention.
Some lawyers told PREMIUM TIMES that Justice Abang
should have made enquiry to determine if indeed Mr. Metuh
was his classmate before raising the matter in open court.
“He had time and opportunity to crosscheck the claim
before the court hearing,” one lawyer said. “He cannot be
excused for saying he was not aware he was classmate of
the PDP spokesman.”
Justice Abang however denied he had been biased against
Mr. Metuh, saying the court approved three adjournments
at the request of the defence.
He also denied the claim that Mr. Metuh was denied copies
of the court’s ruling.
“The secretary will type and the court will proofread about
four times,” said Justice Abang, explaining why copies of a
ruling he gave was not ready before Thursday for both
parties.
Mr. Abang said despite the “unprofessional” conduct of Mr.
Etiaba, he would abide by the directives from the National
Judicial Council which directs judges in such
circumstances to continue to handle cases until the chief
judge takes a decision on such petitions.
He therefore adjourned the case to March 23, 2016.

» Dangote Group Sponsors 800 Nigerians To Understudy Refinery Operations In India «

President of Dangote Group and Africa’s richest man, is
sending about 800 Nigerians to India, to learn the
operations of a petrochemical refinery.
A source in the multi-billion naira company, Dangote
Group, has exclusively confirmed to TheCable on Friday
that billionaire business mogul and Africa’s richest man,
Alhaji Aliko Dangote, is sending about 800 Nigerians to
India, to learn the operations of a petrochemical refinery,
adding that the first batch to be trained will leave for India
on Sunday, March 20, 2016.
It was learnt that the 800 Nigerians will travel to the Asian
country over the next 24 months in a batch of fifties, to
learn from the nation with the largest refinery in the world.
India is home to the world’s largest refinery, Jamnagar
Refinery Reliance Industries, Jamnagar, which refines as
much as 1.2 million barrels per day.
“About 800 will be trained in batches within 24 months.
The first batch of 50 is leaving for India on Sunday,” the
source said.
Dangote is looking to creating employment within the
Nigerian economy, rather than importing expatriates to run
the first private refinery in Nigeria.
The refinery, projected to worth $9 billion, is being built to
have a refining capacity of about 500,000 to 650,000
barrels per day.
“After receiving a private licence to build a refinery,
Dangote has commenced the building of a 650,000 barrel
per day (BPD) petroleum refinery, which will be the single
largest in the world.
“The refinery would have a larger capacity than all of
Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) refineries
put together,” the conglomerate said in a statement more
than a year ago.
Dangote, who hosted Godwin Emefiele, governor of the
Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), at the site of the refinery in
January, assured Nigerians that the refinery would be
ready to meet the nation’s need by 2018.

» Peter Okoye Cautions Paul For Giving The Public An Opportunity To Crucify Him «

Peter has cautioned his twin brother Paul for releasing a
statement where he told the public that Peter was what is
wrong with Psquare and not Jude Okoye, thereby giving
people an opportunity to crucify him.
Peter just shared this too on his IG. The brothers have
chosen to talk to each other via Instagram. It is well.

Jude Okoye’s Preference For Paul Okoye & 50 - 50 Income Sharing Formula Caused PSquare ’s Split

Jude Okoye Behind PSquare Split, There Will Be Psquare
Tomorrow If Jude Okoye Leave Us Alone – Peter Okoye
The former landlord of Peter and Paul Okoye, Charles
Nwangwa has confirmed a story NaijaGists.com reported
yesterday.
Mr Nwangwa said PSquare’s elder brother’s Jude Okoye’s
selfishness and preference for Paul Okoye is the major
cause of trouble.
Hear what Charles Nwanga told Saturday Telegraph:
“The matter isn’t surprising to some of us. The problem is
Jude and the wives of the brothers; where you have three
major partners and they remain together, when one tilts to
the other one, automatically there will be trouble.
And Jude hasn’t been helpful. This matter has been on for
long and the thing that was binding them was just their
mother. The Jude factor and that of the two wives are the
major causes of the trouble. When men get married, you
expect them to discuss these matters with their wives.
Former manager of PSquare, Howie T corroborates
Nwanga’s claim in an interview with NET:
“When I saw Peter’s tweets, I called him and even went to
see him to talk to him about it. He said Jude is the
problem that he doesn’t have any issue with Paul.
He told me that in a normal setting, a manager is
supposed to be their employee and not the other way
round, but Jude always uses his influence as their elder
brother to boss over them.
He also said managers collect between 15 and 25 % of an
artiste’s income but in their case they share everything
equally and he’s not happy with that sharing formula. In
my opinion, for peace to reign, why can’t Jude just leave
them alone?
Peter has told me that if they change Jude today, there’ll
be PSquare tomorrow and sadly the only person that could
talk to them is their mother and she’s dead.”
Peter always felt that Jude had a natural preference for
Paul and he believed it played out whenever they have to
vote for songs which would be selected to make their
albums.
More of Paul’s songs made the albums most of which
turned out to be monster hits. As it were, their debut
singles, Peter’s ‘Look Into My Eyes’ and Paul’s ‘Call
Heaven’, are a test of their artistic prowess left for the
public to judge.”
This is sad.!! Hope Jude Okoye will allow his brothers to
be.

Nollywood Actress Rachael Oniga : Why I Didn’t Attend Africa Magic Movie Awards

Rachael Oniga recently had a phone chat with
Entertainment Xpress.
The veteran Nollywood actress explained why she was
absent at the recently concluded Africa Magic Viewer’s
Choice Awards, AMVCA 2016. She also talked about her life
as a single mother.
See excerpts
Why I Didn’t Attend Africa Magic Awards
I am always invited. Though there is no age limit to
attending such events and every actor should be proud to
be part of it, I think it is mostly for the younger ones.
We have had our time too; during our days we were always
making plans. At my age, you still want me to start
running after designers and gracing red carpets with these
younger girls?
There is time for everything in life. From home, I can still
watch and appreciate it.
I am with them in spirit and that is what matters.
I attended AMVCA last year, so I know it is a beautiful
ceremony where our works are celebrated.
I Will Remarry If I’m Destined To Be
Maybe I have never thought of giving it a second shot.
Anything that happens to one in life is destiny. If I am
destined to remarry, I would definitely do that but so be it
if I am not.
When my children were little and questions like this one
were thrown at me, I would react. But they are all grown up
and I am even a grandmother now.

» Cote D’ivoire Displaces Nigeria To Emerge Africa’s Top Investor Destination «

The difficult patch that Nigeria, the largest economy in
Africa, is going through does not seem to be abating.
According to a new Nielsen report which provides a
ranking of business prospects for leading markets in sub-
Saharan Africa, Nigeria is no longer the top investor
destination on the continent.
In its place, Cote d’Ivoire has risen to the top of the
rankings.
Nielsen Holdings plc is a global performance management
company that provides a comprehensive understanding of
what consumers watch and buy.
Nielsen’s Watch segment provides media and advertising
clients with Total Audience measurement services for all
devices on which content – video, audio and text – is
consumed.

Buoyed by a fast-growing economy and a lengthy period of
political stability highlighted by successful elections last
year, Cote d’Ivoire is now regarded as a prime destination
for investment in Africa.
Although that status could now be affected following a
recent attack by Al Qaeda in the Islamic Mahgreb (AQIM).
Having been ranked as the top investor destination at the
start of 2015, Nigeria has now fallen to fourth on the
rankings. The ominous slide fits the narrative of Nigeria’s
slowing economic growth amid a global slump in
commodity prices.

» Osun State Will NOT Pay March Salaries - Thecable «

This is far below the N56 million it received in September
2015. Rauf Aregbesola, governor of the state, has said the
sum will not even be enough to pay electricity bills for the
state secretariat.
“Money coming from the Federation Account has dipped
seriously and our hope for survival is in our hands; what
our forefathers lived on was agriculture,” Aregbesola said
back in September 2015.
“For September, our state got N55.8 million. The money we
received cannot pay for the power supply by Ibadan
Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) that we use at
the state Secretariat monthly.”
According to the accountant-general of the federation, the
state got a gross statutory allocation of N1.677 billion for
February, slightly above the allocation for Ekiti, Ebonyi,
Kwara and Bayelsa.
Osun also got N19.418 million and N726.1 million from the
exchange rate gain and value added tax, resulting in a total
gross amount of N2.423 billion for the month.
The total allocation for Osun was seen to be higher than
Nasarawa, Kwara, Gombe, Ekiti and Ebonyi.
However, with the removal of the N70.989 million,
N945.881 million and N1.400 billion in external debt,
Irrevocable Standing Payment Order (ISPO), and other
debts, the state was left with a net allocation of N6.23
million.
With a wage bill of over N2.6 billion, the net allocation of
N6.23 million would do next to nothing in the southwestern
state with meagre internally generated revenue (IGR).
Every other state of the federation had a minimum net
allocation of N1 billion.
Bayelsa, Ebonyi, Ekiti, Kwara, Gombe, Nasarawa, had a net
allocation of N2.984 billion, N2.167 billion, N1.377 billion,
N1.815 billion, N2.300 billion, N2.169 billion respectively.
With a wage bill of N2.6 billion, Ekiti, like Osun, led by
Ayodele Fayose, may also have problems meeting its wage
obligations.
On the high end, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Lagos and Rivers state
got N8.557 billion, N6.062 billion, N6.612 billion and
N5.427 billion respectively.

» He Promised To Give Poly Student Money For Sex, But After The Sex Romp, This Happened «

A 36-year-old man, Temitope Samuel, has been arrested
and remanded in prison custody for allegedly assaulting
his girlfriend, Temitope Adekunle, in Lagos State, western
Nigeria.
Samuel allegedly invited Adekunle, who is a polytechnic
student to his house at 20, Alhaji Yaya street, Ilasamaja,
for sex romp which she obliged him
.
P.M.NEWS gathered that before he persuaded her to come,
they agreed on a certain amount Samuel will give her to
offset her expenses.
According to the police, after engaging Adekunle in
marathon sex for several hours, he went out of the room
under the false pretence to get the money he promised
her.
P.M.NEWS gathered that when Samuel later came back
and Adekunle demanded for her money, he attacked and
started beating her.
He forcefully dragged her out and locked his house and
went away.
During the incident, Adekunle sustained serious injury on
her body which is being treated.
Used and humiliated, Adekunle went to the police at
Ijeshatedo division and reported what happened.
The police arrested Samuel and took him to the station for
interrogation.
At the station, he confessed that Adekunle was his
girlfriend and that he actually invited her and promised to
give her some money but had no money to give her at
present.
Samuel promised to give her the money whenever he gets
some.
P.M.NEWS gathered that Adekunle is not a sex worker but
only requested for money from Samuel to solve her
financial challenges.
He was charged with assault under the Criminal Code.
When Samuel was arraigned, he pleaded not guilty.
The presiding Magistrate, Mrs A. K. Shonubi granted him
bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.
