ADAMAWA- No fewer than 17 persons have been hospitalized in Numan local government area of Adamawa after a bus ran over them during their Easter Galilee walk on Monday.
Although no death has been recorded yet, over 17 victims have been hospitalized in various medical centres around the local government area.
One of the witnesses of the incident submitted that
“It has become a tradition that every Monday, some members of the Christian community March in procession to a nearby mountain where they called Galilee.
“While they were in the procession, a passenger bus just came from behind them and injured so many people including women and children.
“It almost led to a serious crisis but the situation seems calm now but there is no case of death now.”
