US Presidential election: Trump acknowledges for the first time that Biden won, but says the election was "rigged"
Trump made the admission in a tweet along with more unfounded claims of votes being unfairly and deliberately stacked against him.
He tweeted that “NO VOTE WATCHERS OR OBSERVERS” were allowed in the polling places, but this is simply not true and can be easily disputed by the witness statements and video evidence of polling place observers watching the ballot count all across the country.

It is a significant acknowledgement from Mr Trump, who, despite losing the Electoral College by 74 and popular vote by 5 million, has refused to follow tradition and accept the result.
Last week he became the first president since 1992 to fail to get re-elected, following projections Mr Biden had successfully swung the key states of Pennsylvania, Arizona and Georgia to win the White House .

Republicans Are Probably Going to Lose Their Latest Attempt to Kill Obamacare
The high court heard the most recent challenge to the Affordable Care Act, which was brought by a coalition of Republican officials from 18 states and backed by the Trump administration, just one week after Election Day, less than two months after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and in the midst of a worsening COVID-19 pandemic that’s killed nearly 239,000 Americans and sickened 10 million more.
What’s more, the woman recently tapped to fill Ginsburg’s vacant seat, Justice Amy Coney Barrett, cemented the court’s conservative 6-3 majority just before the justices could hear oral arguments. Barrett has been critical of the Supreme Court’s past decisions that upheld the Affordable Care Act, and Democrats pressed her on those comments throughout her confirmation hearings last month.
But legal experts have said for years that the case, California v. Texas, was unlikely to go the way the Republican officials—who are led by Texas’ attorney general—would like it to, and wasn’t strong enough to gut Obamacare outright. And two key conservative justices—Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh—appeared to lean that way on Tuesday too.
To start, Roberts noted that it’s “not our job” to strike down the Affordable Care Act when Congress had already left most of the law in place.
In their challenge to the law, the Republican state officials argued the individual mandate, a portion of the Affordable Care Act that levies financial penalties on people who go without health insurance, is unconstitutional. They also said that if that penalty provision falls, the entire, sprawling health care law has to be struck down with it, since they’re so closely tied together.
But the justices didn’t seem to agree.
“It does seem fairly clear that the proper remedy would be to sever the mandate provision and leave the rest of the law in place,” Kavanaugh said.
The individual mandate was considered an essential part of the law when it was crafted. It survived a 2012 case before the Supreme Court and was upheld as constitutional through Congress’ power to levy taxes.
But in 2017, a Republican-led Congress reduced the penalty to zero. The 18 Republican state officials who are now challenging the Affordable Care Act, plus two individual plaintiffs who joined their lawsuit, argue the mandate is still commanding people to buy health insurance they wouldn’t otherwise want, even without any real financial penalty.
While it’s still possible that the Supreme Court would strike down the individual mandate, it’s unlikely the justices would tear down all of the Affordable Care Act and its popular financial protections for people with preexisting conditions, benefits that cover flu shots and mammograms without copayments, and Medicaid expansion in 39 states.
The entire law being at risk was what primarily concerned Democrats in Congress in the first place, since, without the Affordable Care Act, millions of people would be uninsured. Democratic attorneys general, led by California, and the U.S. House of Representatives stepped in to defend Obamacare in court since the Trump administration made the unusual decision not to defend federal law.
“I think it’s most likely that they will find the mandate unconstitutional and severable from the rest of the law,” Allison Hoffman, a professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a proponent of the Affordable Care Act, said in an email to VICE News after the Supreme Court arguments concluded. “This would mean that the only provision that goes is the individual mandate. Since we already know the mandate is not doing much work anymore, this result would mean little to no impact on the ground.”
It’s worth noting that taking down the Affordable Care Act is so politically toxic right now that congressional Republicans have downplayed the significance of the Supreme Court case, after trying unsuccessfully for years to repeal the law themselves.

“That clearly left its mark. It was clear and visible. Add to that the president stepping down, the club conceding eight against Bayern and three different managers, the conditions aren’t good.”

A notorious criminal who terrorised and killed many innocent people has resurfaced following many reports that he was killed by the police.
According to NAN, Rambo, who gave his real name as Oluwasina Oluwagbemiga, confessed to be the same person whose gang terrorised some parts of the country for years and tormented innocent citizens with attacks, killings and maiming.
He said so many people, especially the police, would be surprised to hear that the same man they claimed to have killed on a number of occasions was still alive today.
Claiming that he was now a complete child of God preaching the gospel in prisons and other reform centres, Rambo, who gave 1958 as his year of birth, said he was born as a native of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, but was raised in Benin city.
“My father was a prominent person, and a soldier moving from one part of the country to the other. In my attempt to acquire black power then, I went to a total of 21 places, prominent among which were Minna, Niger state, and later Oro, in present day Kwara.
I was in one of those places for 91 days in Idanre, Ondo state, where we were mandated to be sucking the milk of a possessed woman’s breast, as our only food and water, so occult powers can transmit to our body.
“At the end of the whole exercise, I possessed a total of 901 power images that can be used to cajole or disappear at a scene of crime and project the image of another person. So, if I was killed at a particular point, I had the powers to resurface in another place in another form”, he said.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Rambo expressed regret over his roles in a series deadly crimes that held the country spellbound for years, claiming that he was misguided by evil spirits.
He said the moment he accepted Christ, he realized he had no more occult powers as the spirit of God suddenly descended on him directing him to drop all his bad habits and start preaching about God.
Quoting the Holy Bible copiously throughout the radio programme, Rambo said he had won many souls through his preaching, while a number of churches had also been established.
Rambo stated that the death of his wife and three children on a single day in the hands of those who came to arrest him, but did not meet him, was his worst regret of his former life in crime
“I was to be arrested on the fateful day but those that came could not find me, so they killed them”, he said.
He urged the criminally minded to turn over a new leave in record time and have a change of heart so as to receive divine salvation as well as avoid incurring the God’s wrath.

LeBron co-founded a voting rights organization called More Than A Vote in an effort to get more people to the polls for the 2020 presidential election. The organization also signed up 10,000 volunteer poll workers, per CNN.
The efforts made by James and others to increase the voter base seemed to work, as CNN reported that nearly 145 million votes have been cast for president this year. Of those votes, over 74.4 million have been cast for Biden.
CNN was one of many news outlets to call the race for Biden on Saturday when it projected that Pennsylvania and its 20 Electoral College votes went to Biden.
A win in Pennsylvania would give Biden 273 Electoral College votes overall, putting him over the threshold of 270 needed to be elected president.

“Stop deceiving men with waist trainers” – Flavour tells ladies as he reveals why he’s yet to get married
Flavour made this known in a recent Instagram Live session with his fans, during which he disclosed that the events of the past few months helped him to restructure himself.
During the InstaLive session, he said he has been without any woman for one month now and thus, the next woman he will come in contact with must be worth it.
On why he is still single and yet to be married, Flavour said he does not want to rush into marriage now as he wouldn’t want to “be looking outside”.
In his words, “This has been a time of sober reflection. I have been vulnerable and I have decided to be true to myself. I have been a victim of circumstance. Most times, they (women) are not what you expect when you meet them in real life. I am focused now.
If I visit your (social media) page and see a lot of edited pictures, I would move out. The coronavirus and everything else that have happened this year have opened my eyes. The same way youths decided to protest against bad governance was the same way I looked at my life.
I have been womanless for a month. I am fully awake. I must have a meeting and see you (any woman I would be involved with) very well. I may glance through your pictures but that won’t mean anything until I see you physically.
I have changed my hairstyle. I am ready now. Do you know what it means for me to be womanless for a whole month? I have been feeding and giving my body the required nutrients, so any woman I come in contact with now must be worth it.”
Flavour also denied rumours making the rounds that he secretly got married.
According to his words, “Did I show you any wife? You guys are giving me (high) blood pressure. What is in a woman is not yet clear to me. Some tell me, ‘I thought you are married’. To get married is a beautiful thing.
However, I don’t want to get married now and still be looking outside. I belong to the wild world and I cannot be caged. I have used the opportunity to reevaluate my life. I am a very strong man. I cannot be deceived by Instagram.”
Speaking on his encounter with a fan, the Ada Ada crooner said, “I once took a picture with a lady and she insisted that I should hold her waist. I was scared that she could be someone’s wife or girlfriend. As I tried to touch her, she said I should hold her very well. I tried holding her waist and my hand touched something very strong like stone. I noticed she wore a waist trainer. There was a space between her buttocks and back. When she was walking away, I noticed the waist trainer.”
Speaking further, he added that if he was dating the lady in question and they were about getting intimate, he would have been disappointed at the sight of the waist trainer. He also complained about the make-up worn by ladies, saying it had become alarming.
The highlife musician and proud father of three advised women to always be proud of their bodies and stop the deceit.
